We have / had custom templates.
For existing devices that use it, it shows under Provisioning.
For any new devices, OR the template editor, it is missing from the drop-down.
If I try to re-import the template, I get "server error" "File with the same name already exists: <<name of template file.xml>>".
I renamed the file and uploaded it again. It took the file, but there was an empty drop-down item in the template list.
On page reload, it disappeared again.
So it's there, but it's not.
I can see both (and now a few,) files that I uploaded under:
ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\<<id>>\CustomTemplates\phones
including other templates that we **CAN** still see in the template drop-down.
Currently using: 18.0 (Build 23), Enterprise License.
I'm going to give the thing a kick-over once people get off the phones.
EDIT: system reboot didn't help.
