Customize Live Chat Box Settings

Hi..
Our customers are mostly (more than 90%) communicate with us via chat, WhatsApp and phone calls only not by email. We prefer to visitor add Name and Phone # in the chat box fields instead of Name & Email. We use code generator option. Is there any ways to add this option additionally.

Kindly guide us with the code.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

As @Frederick Marcoux mentioned it isn't included in the default options as yet. I'd suggest contacting a 3CX Partner to escalate this to the Ideas forum on your behalf.
