Solved Debian 8 on Azure? V16?

We are currently running Debian 8 on Azure with Azure Site Recovery. We can't upgrade to Debian version 9 because it's currently not supported for Azure Site Recovery. Is V16 not supported on Debian 8?

many vote to MS already to upgrade to debian 9, which I cannot even understand as block level replication will be the service in the background doing it... To answer you 3CX related question, only Debian 9 support v16.
