Different ringtones for incoming and transferred calls

Hello,

I have set up some htek 923, they have FW version 2.0.4.4.50. I can not get the ring tone to change for incoming calls. I have tried to set it up on the phone, using the 3CX management console, and on the phones IP address web page. No matter what they seem to go back to a default ring tone.

Also is there anyway to set it up that way incoming calls and transfers can have a different ringtone?

When one client is transferring a call to another there is not an audible tone to let the other person know that a customer is on the line, is there a way to change that as well?

I found that updating the htek to firmware 2.0.4.4.52 has fixed the default ring tone. Now I am able to change it to any tone I want, but the 3CX management console now has that phone flagged as not supported. I tested that the phone can receive and make calls.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I am still unable to find a way to change the ringtones for incoming and transferring calls. I would like them to be different.

Have a read through this...

3CX must be able to send the desired information in the Alert-Info field, when the call originates from a specific location, and the make/model of set must be able to interpret that correctly.
