Digital Receptionist - Shorten Delay after Pressing button

Hello,

I created Digital receptionist that user has to choose option 1, 2, 3. But after pressing touch 1, there is a delay after the next step. How this can be shorten? I have multiple DR and it is quite annoying to wait some seconds before moving to next section. In my research, I see you can modify parameter IVR_INTERDIGIT_TIMEOUT but I am unable to find it. I am using the latest version of 3CX.

It is probably waiting for additional digits in the event a caller is trying to dial a full extension number directly.

I am using multiple DR. Is there a way to disable dialing extensions for particular DR? In that case, it will switch very quickly as it doesnt have to wait additional digits.

I suspect that even in the latest version, attempting to disable that feature will affect all DRs on the PBX. You could submit a feature suggestion in the Ideas forum.
