Disable pickup call from a specific extension

Hello,

Is is possible to disable pickup call from a specific extension? We would to have pickup function but to be disable from someone to pickup a call from reception.

Hello @Zacharias

The only way i can think of that this can be achieved is to place the reception extension to a different extension group and enable the option "Limit Call Pickup to calls received in their extension group" under Settings / PBX.
This way the extensions will not be able to pick up reception calls but can still pick up other calls. This would mean however that the reception cannot pick up calls from other extensions as well.
