Do you have any examples because on our side only 3cx domains are HSThis issue is not just affecting the 3cx.fr domain but is a broader issue with the fr domains.
We are also takers, no information is circulating on this subjectDo you have a link to an official site which announces this problem, because honestly I cannot validate your information ?
Being able to set / use our own domain name (instead of the 3CX ones) would really be a nice addition / featureWhat is the procedure for changing the FQDN of a self-hosted 3CX installation and renewing LE certificates?
Totally agree !Being able to set / use our own domain name (instead of the 3CX ones) would really be a nice addition / feature![]()
This is already the case, the subject is to do this on all your instances in production... I think you are new to 3cx.Being able to set / use our own domain name (instead of the 3CX ones) would really be a nice addition / feature![]()
I'm also using OpenProvider to register several .fr domains, and no problems (at least for now)Does openProvider has paid AFNIC ?
In an emergency, it is possible to "patch" for those who have knowledge of the IP (self-hosted)
We force an A record in the DNS (if private DNS like AD or other) otherwise via the hosts file in Windows.
It allows you to rework.
This will let us know if we need to work all night...If I summarize, except when we have a local DNS, it is impossible for our customers to use 3cx.
SBC Down, Apps Down, WebSite Down.
And you still have not answered my question: the reason for the blocking of AFNIC, which would give us an idea of the resolution time and therefore of the measures to be taken.

Pouvez vous nous informer de l'IP de nos instances ?
I have 2 instances whose IP I know (1 hosted at 3cx the other at OVH), I access the server and the web client works. I don't have SBC on these 3 instances so no feedback on this subject. The IP phones on the other hand are down but the Android clients work. This at least makes it sound something... But for clients whose IP I don't know???
Can you inform us of the IP of our instances?
Hi, https://who.is/whois/3cx.fr domain status is blocked, the problem is global not only on some areasI have no other problem with .fr! honestly, only your areas are impacted! We will still have 3 months free, but on the contrary lose customers!
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
