We are aware of the issue and are currently looking into it. It does not seem to be an issue on our side, but we are not ruling anything out at the moment. We are in touch with the domain registrar to check what may have happened.

We have been informed that the issue does not just affect 3cx fr domains. As such, this is not directly related to 3cx fr but a broader problem with the fr domains; as such, we do not have any control over the issue and have no way of knowing any resolution times, I'm afraid.
