Hey guys,
I have a client on 15.5 SP6 that has an inhouse 2016 exchange server running on server 2012 R2. Over the weekend the emails stopped sending from the system. THey noticed that the reports they get every day are no longer coming to them. After doing some digging I found that when I test the email settings I get the following error:
No compatible authentication mechanisms found
I have went through all the steps here:

But nothing has worked so far. I did use a temp account that we use for our own system that is office365 and that works. Any help is appreciated!
