Enable Google PUSH, Apple PUSH stops

Like the title says, if I enable Google PUSH using the Google API, then incomming calls are not pushed to apple devices. Why is this? Is it a bug or did I miss something.
 
I use the latest version of 3CX. When I disable the Google API settings, the PUSH to Apple devices works like a charm. I followed 3CX documentation to enable this in "settings -> 3CX Client".

We tried replicating your issue but with no result. All Android and iOS devices receive push calls. You can try creating another API project and make sure that all settings are correct. Also check in the Management Console's Updates section if the latest iOS firmware is installed. If not, update and resend Welcome email to iOS device to reprovision.
Let us know if you manage to resolve your issue.
 
Ok, so I created another project like you said, and filled in the API key and project number in 3CX. Same result, still not working. If I clear the API and project ID from 3CX, then calls suddenly are pushed to IOS devices again. (IOS 10.3.1 is used).
 
Ok so I tested it a little bit more, PUSH to Apple devices works fine so no problems there. But I can't get it to work with Google PUSH. I've tried a couple diffrent devices on WiFi and 4G but when the 3CX app is completely shutdown, like after a reboot of the phone, no call's come in. So I think the app must always be running in the background before it can receive calls. Is this correct?

Also I want to send you the debug log files you requested, but I don't know how to properly generate them for you.
 
Hello @Prometheus DBA,

When you created the Google API, did you put an IP address in the Accept requests from these IP addresses option? If you have, remove it, save and try it again.

Edit: Also, please check in the Updates section of your PBX if all the updates are installed.
 
Ok I disabled the restriction on the API, so now I have to wait a couple of minutes. I have the lates version of 3CX installed, version 15.5.xxxx
 
Ok, so I tested it whiteout the restrictions on the API key, but still not working. On android, if the app is open on WiFi or 4G calls can be received. If I exit the app using the exit button, calls can still be received. If I forcefully shut down the app, calls can no longer be received. Is this maybe by design?
