Export CSV Reports Limitation

Hi,

I would like to export in CSV Call Log from 18 november 2023 to 18 november 2024 (so 1 year).
But i only have a 2.4Mo file, with 20.000 lines, that doesnt reach 18th nov 2023.
Is this an expected/normal behavior? Is there a way to avoid this?

Did you find any solution to this? Looks like we only manage to export 20k to csv at a time

As another alternative that performs this function automatically on a scheduled basis (every 60 seconds for example), you may want to take a look at our 3CX Exporter tool.

With our tool all your history can be replicated in near real-time to a secondary server. This ensures that you have all the historical information needed to generate reports, while ensuring your 3CX is optimized for performance, AND it means your backups are way smaller too.

We include the new v20 U6 tables as well. In 3CX v20 U6 you can automatically replicate some of the data, but not all, and the minimum frequency is 1-hour. That does not really work for time sensitive or real-time wallboard.
