Fanvil Firmware

Hi There,

Recently Fanvil updated their firmware on all their devices, and i was wondering when they will be supported.
My Fanvil X4G was on the latest supported firmware (2.4.?) and i was having issues with the Share Park feature in 3CX, were the phone thinks the BLF is just a internal number and not a parking feature. After updating to version 2.8.1.6317 (latest) the problems were solved.

Also on the X6 there were issues with the BLF keys hanging from time to time. Therefore i posted a request to also support the 1.8.0 firmware for the X6 but still all firmware's from fanvil are way outdated.

Now my screen is full of "Not Supported" firmwares .

This will be down to when the firmware has gone through R & D and this is never published publically. If its any consolation this is the same for other phone models also.

Hopefully a member of 3CX staff maybe able to give you a hint at some point.

Understandable.

But it's over half a year of firmware updates that are not supported..
That's quite annoying if you have to push 40+ phones

Please check the updates section of the PBX as Fanvil firmware was released today. Hope this helps.
