We have a hosted 3cx instance, with two SBCs running in an HA arrangement. The SBCs failover and stay connected to the PBX fine, but our Fanvil phones do not connect the backup SBC if the primary is taken offline. Is there something I'm missing, or am I seeing some kind of firmware bug on the phones?

I know they don't swap immediately, but when testing, I waited 10 minutes and the only one that moved to the backup SBC was the one I manually rebooted.

Good catch. I'll take a look at that. It occurs to me that since I just set up the HA cluster, and I've noticed that the Fanvil's seem to really like to only notice changes after a reboot, the one rebooted phone *might* now be using the "new" IP address for the cluster. I'm going to check this out and will report back.

Edit: Oh, and the 3cx provisioning method is "3CX SBC Remote"

Update: It was something in the phone config/provision. I factory reset the test phone, and after it reprovisioned, it's working just fine. I'm guessing something in the firmware just didn't update from the single SBC IP to using the cluster IP.
