FROM Header Configuration

I am working with Nextiva for handling our SIP Trunks and thought we had a working configuration, but it appears we do not.
Their support is saying the FROM Header need to have our Pilot number added. They are stating when we dial out, the number we are trying to dial is placed in this location vs the primary number we have with them. Can anyone provide some input as to where this setting is located and what needs to change?

We can currently accept incoming calls, but all outgoing calls receive a forbidden 403 error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just added it and still a 403 forbidden error.

OK So I believe this is now working. I had to delete any caller ID entry on the individual extensions. They were sending out a different number and was blocking us from making outbound calls. Still wish there was a 3cx config guide for Nextiva.

Your provider does not support "CLIP no screening" it seems.

Their website says they support 3CX, but we don't have any interop with them. Feel free to suggest it to your provider, by sending them the below link:
