Solved Google Chrome Extension

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me with this.

Im having trouble with the 3CX click to dial extension for chrome.

I have added it to the browser and its recognising numbers in my browser and im getting a 3cx icon next to each number. When I click them it either opens a new window with the number in the address bar or does nothing.

I am using 3CX phone for windows to control my desk phone. My desk phone is a yelink t19p e2. I have set 3CX phone as my default calling software on my computer.

Can anyone help with this.

Hello Tom,

What type of License do you have?
3CX Click is supported Only on PRO Licenses.

Thats the problem then because we dont have a pro license.
