GXP2170 Manual provision instructions are not working.

I am trying to follow the Manually Provision instruction on page. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-supported-grandstream-gxp/#h.c3a2e5mqq2yr . I go to the phone web page. Under Maintenance there is only a Web Access option. I have updated the firmware to the latest version and Factory reset the phone, but I cannot follow the instructions as the section is missing. Is there another way to manually provision this phone. I have checked the other menu options, and I am unable to find an upgrade and provision option on the web interface.

Didn't realize that there is an admin account on the phone. I was looking at the user manual, not the admin manual, so I didn't have the admin account information.

No, I am still having problems getting the phone to provision. It never shows up in the phones section even though it appears in the extension. If I pick up the phone I get an Account no Registered message.

Ok so the phone only shows up in the Phones tab when it is actually registered. Provisioning and registration are two different things. Are you able to provision the phone (it gets the configuration, shows the extension name/number, etc) but it's not registering or is it not provisioning still?

I am not able to get it provisioned or register. I had it working for a bit, but I got an error about the firmware version. I could not get logged back into the web interface to downgrade the FW, so I did a factory reset and have not been able to get the phone to register or provision since.

Where is the phone and where is the PBX? Same local network?

What provisioning method is being used? (Local / STUN / SBC) ?
