I got a private message from an employee that saying that they're remote extension was ringing at home even though we're closed for good Friday.
I checked holiday hours and sure enough it was configured. I then ran a report...
But it showed zero calls. I then called our office from my cell and ran the report again, confirming that holiday hours are not being enforced, and also ran the report again this time seeing my call as the only call in the report.
I went back to the holiday and changed it from every year, to 2023, saved called in and holiday is being enforced. I ran another call report and suddenly this final report is showing the call that my user mentioned. What the heck?
P.s. I guess I should have just looked at the call logs instead of running a report. But then I guess I wouldn't have discovered this very unusual issue with the reports not being accurate and possible being affected by a variable that shouldn't make a difference.
