Hosted V20 Accept multi calls on 3cx software

I setup a multi-tenant PBX, with users, lines

On each extension, I turn on to accept multiple calls

All the incoming calls ring to a ring group - the available extension answers the call

When all the extensions press DND, the calls are being transferred to extension - external number

When a second call comes in, it doesn't show on the 3CX softphone, and there is no way to hold the existing call and pick up the second call

How can I configure that all softphones able to see, hold, and pick up new calls?

We do not use physical phones for this PBX

I think what you're looking for is the queue feature.

i setup queue group, still doesn't ring on the softphone. I even tried to use Web 3CX (PWA) instead, but it doesn't register with the PBX. I keep checking for accept multicall, and it is on. Still, when I use the web client ( I installed the plugin for Edge and Chrome) it doesn't register. When I use the Windows app, it registers but can only see 1 income call, cannot see the second call , any notification for it

And that for Windows, once it is done need to find a solution for Apple

Hello ronenba,

When the call goes into the ringroup, the ringgroup is the owner of the call.
This means the ringgroup wil decide to present the call to a phone or not.
Normally if the phone is busy the ringgroup will not try to ring the phone, because it is busy anyway.
So the setting of the phone does not matter in this case.

By the way, i do mention phone, but the device is not the problem here, I could also say the account or extension, meaning the same thing here.

The 3CX does have a setting for ringgroups: ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP
Please find this at: Admin - Advanced - Parameters - search for 'ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP' change it from 0 to 1.
