Hello,
We have some Htek's that are set to Blind Transfer via the DSS key. When the user presses the DSS key to initiate a blind transfer, the caller only hears dead air while they wait for the other party to answer. However, if the transfer is initiated by pressing the Transfer key, the MOH is played while the caller waits.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any recommendations?
