HTEK UC924 Phone does provision account credentials but no other settings

Hello!

We have an off-site office with 3 HTEK UC924 Phones and 2 of them won't provision language settings or Function Keys settings. Like the title says it does provision account credentials so the phones can receive en make calls.

I already set the phones back to factory default but this changes nothing..

Sometimes certain features (options) are not included in the default template and must be added. That said, if the sets have a menu (GUI), that allows manual provisioning, then if it is used to change these settings, they should not change back if re-provisioned.

Can you explain me why the other phone does provision language settings and function keys?

If the sets are accepting the provisioning files, then i would have to assume that there are differences between them and some features are not being included. You could probably scan through them and do a comparison. I am not certain why this is happening for the same model sets.

The funny thing is those use all the same template and the same phones..
