Hi
I am trialling 3CX (free version) hosting on a local server on my network. Went through the initial setup procedure fine and got the screen with license key, password etc. on it and took a screenshot to save the information. I can log into the server via SSH from a terminal as root using the password i set up during installation. When I try to log into the management console (192.168.x.x:5001) I get invalid login and then get locked out despite using the username and password in the screenshot i took after the initial setup. I have had the welcome email with my initial extension number and that does not let me log in either.
This is very frustrating as I am now unable to evaluate 3CX, how do I overcome this? Am I somehow using the wrong details at login (despite these being as the screenshot from my initial setup). I have root access to the server so can edit files etc. if needed.
Hope someone can help as I was hoping this would be a more user friendly system than FreePBX which I evaluating currently and which I have up and running!
Thanks
Nick
