Integrating OSticket with 3CX

Hi guys,

I am using the current version of 3CX. I am fairly new t the system i would appreciate some direction in integrating the call system with OSticket version 1.10.4.
basically we need the call system to trigger the web app to open the profile of the caller when they call and view tickets that the caller has.

Any other exciting feature would be good.

Not seen anything posted on the forum reference this call system.

As OSticket is not one of the systems 3CX intergrates out of the box, you will have to create your own API to integrate with the system

Note : I believe you need Pro or Enterprise license
