Bonjour,

Our system is a windows application.

The CRM template manage only :
  • Contact lookup
  • Contact creation
  • Call journaling
-> I can't open the customer form or support form automatically in our system...

I can't use the click to call extensions because is not a system web.

I have tested to use the 3CX Multiline TAPI with the 3CXPhone for Windows client,
When I answer the call, LINE_CALLINFO and LINECALLINFOSTATE_CONNECTEDID is correctly send
but when I call the function lineGetCallInfo() the parameters are empty for:
  • dwConnectedIDOffset
  • dwConnectedIDSize
  • dwConnectedIDNameOffset
  • dwConnectedIDNameSize

While it's correctly filled for the parameters below:
  • dwCallerIDOffset
  • dwCallerIDSize
  • dwCallerIDNameOffset
  • dwCallerIDNameSize

Do you have an idea ?

Mabye you can create a Web Service to be an interface between 3CX and your system. Then 3CX talks to the Web Service, and the Web Service uses the API you need from your app to do what you need....

3CX only provides a partial implementation of TAPI, which lets you:
  • Receive a notification for inbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Drop an established call.

Because of this, it is possible that some properties don't have values, but you should be able to receive the caller number from the notification.
