Intercom to Yealink 46S from Polycom VVX400

I'm upgrading phones...but mostly Polycom still. I can Intercom Poly-to-Poly, but not Yealink-to-Poly.
Maybe just compatibility issue?

Using stock templates and firmware? What does can't mean? It rings instead of auto-answers? You get a busy signal? More info would be helpful.

Sorry for the delayed reply...I've tried stock, and custom. Polycom rings, but will not pick up.
