Is it possible to create a Call Flow, that calls a lead and at the same time it shows the lead and all his informations?

To be more precise, I want to integrate 3cx with my MS Dynamics 365(online). And I want to create a Call Flow, that gets all the Leads from Dynamics and calls them for me. While it is calling a lead, I need to know who I am calling with(maybe opening the lead for me in CRM or just showing the information).

I'm new to 3cx and I don't know if it is possible. Can anyone help me with information or links?

You will need to create a dialer using the CFD, and at the same time use the integration we have with Dynamics 365:

From the CFD dialer:
1) You need to use the Dynamics REST API to get the information of the next lead to call. You will need to investigate their API documenation to understand how to invoke this API and get the lead's number back. You invoke this API using the Web Service REST component, but the details are what you need to investigate.

2) Once you have the number, you make the call using the Make Call component. You need to specify the lead's number as Origin, and the queue extension number as Destination. This way, 3CX will call your lead, and once connected it will be sent to the queue, so an available agent takes the call.

When your agent receives the call, if the CRM integration with Dynamics is enabled, the agent will get a popup of the lead matching the external number.
