License status License error

Hello All,

We a have recently renewed maintenance license.

In our customer portal , I can see the expiry date is next years.

But on the admin center, License status : License error.

I am not able to install updates as the maintenance license is expired on admin center.

I was running version 15.0. Latest available downloads are only for version 16.

I'm not able to upgrade to version 16 , as the backup configuration file doesnt get accepted ( It accepts 15.5 version or newer).

Please advise, how can I fix the license error, upgrade to newer version.

You'll need to ugprade to v15.5 SP6 to be able to talk to the licensing servers:

The old version you have cannot reach our activation servers any more.

Are you on Windows or Debian?
