Is there a CTI mode for the OS X Desktop application like there is within Windows? I was unaware this was a limitation or had been changed.

Any guidance is appreciated. Just installed a mid-size client with 14 Mac OSX users and found the phone only appears to run in Softphone mode despite the setting within the 3CX management console for the extension.

If this is how it works would appreciate feedback from others regarding how they effectively use it on Macintosh OS X.

Thanks!

So does that mean you clicked the icon under the status and there's no toggle? I can try installing it on our test Mac at the office tomorrow and check. There's also the web client which might be an option.

Correct - on the Mac it is just empty space there (on PC shows a phone or handset). I have looked through all possible options on the Mac client and it doesn't appear to have CTI

Mac does not have CTI.

Hello @Certified CIO

Please note that the MAC client does not support CTI however you can use the web client on MAC and be able to control your IP phones.
