No, not remotely actually we have many Extension in the same location, but sometimes the call center agent needs to change their desk, so I need to know if they can make login with their private ID for tracking reason (reports)

If you mean, can you be logged in as a single Extension Number from 2 different Hotdesking devices at the same time, then unfortunately no, once you log into the second device, the first will log out.

Of course though, logging in with one device, then logging out and in to a different device, then to a 3rd and so on, that is fine.
