Hi All,
I have notice a number of changes recently (probably for the better in my opinion) with relation to how staff can manage aspects of 3CX from within the web app and not needing the console.
I have needed to use this more and more for our staff as their teams grow it becomes easier for the TL's to be granted web app access to manage their team instead of giving them console access.
This leads me to my issue. I have a need for team leads to manage their queues (i.e. adding/removing agents, changing SLA's etc) and have noticed it is possible. Only thing is I have no idea what permissions control these settings or how to manipulate the level of access. As an example three of our 5 queues have the ability to edit from the web app and two do not.
Currently I do not know who has this level of access and what scope that access gives them.
If anyone can provide me any direction to look at I will appreciate it.
Kindly,
