Messages not separated by date on iPhone

I've tested this with two recent model iPhones, an Adroid phone, and the 3CX web client. This problem exists only on the 3CX app for iPhones.

Extension messaging and SMS messages are not separated by date inside the 3CX iPhone app. Example:


However, when logging into the same extension on Android, the messages are properly separated. Example:


Messages are also properly separated in the web client.

Is this a bug or am I missing something in settings?

Hi @JimNX if you tap the screen and swipe left you can see the time, etc the same way as instagram messages.

Hi Alejandro_3CX, my problem isn't seeing the timestamps of the messages, it's that all messages are shown as being sent in a single day when they weren't. If you look at the two photos in my original post, you'll see that on the iPhone, all messages are displayed as being received "yesterday" while on Android, they are properly split between "Mon" and "Today" which is correct. Do you see what I am pointing out?

The chat logs in the Dashboard show the correct date and time stamps as well -- it's only on the iPhone that has the issue.

Please check the latest iOS client 18.6.5 from AppStore and let us know if it solves the problem.
