Need to display company name in CTI/soft phone

Hi

I think is a good idea having the company name of the caller identity displayed on the CTI and soft phone
This is really helpful when used in conjunction with the caller ID resolve from company phonebook

Let user to choose which information display looking at the phonebook entries simply adding an option in the settings

It's in the database for each contact we have, it's really sad we can't just display the company name too, as it would help our employees a lot.

Should also show company name in the contacts without having to open the contact - name above company name:

If you have a Web-based CRM and it has an API, you can build your own template for it. If there's no API, you can use the Database templates to query directly the tables.
