Good afternoon,

When looking at presence on the iOS client, if contact A calls contact B, the presence for A turns yellow and says "in a call", the presence for contact B remains green and does not update to show "ringing"?

The Windows client displays the correct presence contact A turns yellow (Available, is busy now) and contact B flashes red (Available, is ringing now).

If you go to a different tab (let's say More) then came back to Presence, status is shown properly?

Hi Vali... yes! Good guess ;)

The target of the call remains green "available" but changing tab and coming back it shows yellow "in a call" (although not red "ringing")

This is a side-effect of an old "anti-flood" protection, designed mainly to protect iPhone 4s, 5 and 5s from being "choked" due to fast Presence updates (my teammates from testing department sometimes stress the client/PBX with bursts of 20-50 calls per second :D

We'll check and will try to improve it - thanks for spotting it!

No worries chap. A quick play on my test iPhone shows a different behaviour on the last released version - on that one, both the target and source extension immediately turn yellow (without needing to change tabs) but it doesn't display a flashing red "ringing" indicator either.

Thanks for all your efforts V
