On transfer ring sound rather than hold music

It would be nice to be able to set a different 'sound' while a call is transferred (before it's picket up), rather than have the On Hold Music playing. For example, I would like to be able to have a ring sound during transfers, rather than the On Hold Music. I can replace the On Hold Music file with a file of 'ringing', but that affects anywhere in the system that uses the 'general' On Hold Music file, so that's not a good option.

I had a client ask for this last week. Their caller complained that they did not like being stuck on hold rather than being transferred as he asked to be, not realizing that he was actually being transferred.

Yes I would prefer this. You would think this was a version 1 feature to have separate hold music and transfer music. Call parking has it's own music.

I didn't realize this was an issue until today. I had a sales VP ask if I could get the transfers to ring instead of playing hold music. Apparently it's a big deal to some.

most of my prospective customers require such feature which then left away. or they want you call, goes to queue.. then before pickup.. they hear the progress tone.
