OutBound Caller ID is displayed with an extra digit

This is your number...the caller ID to be displayed ? If so, then you are sending a 1, as a leading digit.

This is the caller id that i have programmed. I don't have a 1 in the caller id, and when we dial we preprend a "00" that is stripped as it goes to the trunk. Is there a setting in 3CX that could be causing the 1 to appear? I've confirmed with my provider and they have assured me that they are not adding the 1.

Have you checked your E164 settings in 3CX?

Hi - I don't have the E164 settings set up at all. Everything is blank on that screen. At the beginning of this thread, I tried changing the settings but that did not remove the 1 when I called out.

Hi John - No we have not made any changes nor do I have any caller id patterns set up.
