Hello,
I have two companies that do pretty much the same category of work but each one has its own clients. Our call flow is designed so all handheld phones ring simultaneously until someone picks up, regardless of what company was actually dialled. (Employees can see what company was dialled by the queue's name showing on the handheld's display). Now the problem is that we can't make outbound calls with specific caller IDs to show clients which company they're receiving the calls from and this is ruining the entire point of the system.
