Hi,
We have been using 3cx with moderate success. In the last 24 hours we have hit a strange issue that doesn't make sense. We did install a new router around the same time but I dont see how that would be an issue?
Incoming calls are fine. Outgoing calls start fine but hang up the called number after 20 seconds. The handset that originates the call in our office appears fine except there is nothing in the earpiece.
We tested by calling a normal phone line in our office. The originator was a linksys handset and the receiver was a plain handset.
All went well until around 20 seconds. Then the receiving line went beep beep giving a disconnected tone. The originating handset showed the call as still in progress with the timer ticking over but the handset was dead with no sound.
We are running on Windows server 2003. The handsets are linksys spa942.
Hope someone can help. This is a weird issue.
Thanks
David
