Hello,

Just started playing around with 3CX and having a problem trying to get the Patton SN4112 FXO to make outgoing calls. Activity log has an entry stating that Cause: 503 Service Unavailable/INVITE from 192.168.0.71:5060.
The Patton has been factory reset and the configuration file generated in 3cx was then uploaded to the 4112 and then rebooted.
Found this article on Patton's site:
http://support.patton.com/index.php...sip-message-when-sending-a-sip-call-to-the-sn
After looking through the template file 3cx generated it looks like the 'trust remote' command is run.

interface sip IF_SIP
bind context sip-gateway GW_SIP
early-disconnect
route call dest-table RT_SIP_TO_FXO
remote 192.168.0.20 5060
trust remote

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hello @JoelyB

Does the Patton show registered in the PBX? Make sure that you are on the correct firmware (6.9).
Is this the Pattons IP ---->192.168.0.71:5060.
Here is a guide for Patton configuration

Hi Yannish, rebooted everything and all appears to be running okay now. Just got one issue left now, the line isn't cleared when a voicemail is left. The line is held until the voicemail duration is reached. Any thoughts?

I'm experiencing the same issue with lines not being released until voicemail duration is reached. Ideas?

You will have to configure a disconnect method that is compatible with your PSTN provider. Either, silence (not the best), disconnect tone (this must match what its send by your provider to tell you to hang-up), or (the best) CPC , Calling Party Control. This is a very short voltage disconnect sent from the central office when the far end hangs up. Not all providers supply this, but it is almost fail-safe if they do.
