Good Evening Everyone,
We have 10 extensions with Grandstream 2170, Fanvil x7 and Yealink T48S phones. We are running 3CX 18.0 update 8 build 912. The system likes to drop the registration of the phones. Usually I am able to reboot them to come back online; however, this weekend has been a nightmare. Not one phone wants to reregister.
When I check the logs it indicates:
Provisioning file for MAC XXXXX of user 3620 requested by XXXX was successfully generated. (mac & ip have been altered). For what ever reason, the phones are not registering.
The phones are DHCP on a 192XXXX network. There is a sonicwall firewall. On the VOIP tab only enable consistent NAT is turned on. Enable SIP transformations is off. (phones used to work with this setting). Below are the log results from sonicwall.
The phones are set to STUN (all have been previously configured / working). We are using the 3CX FQDN.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
