Polling strategy

Hello,

I want to create a polling strategy where first Agent A is called then Agent A and B after that Agent A, B and C and so on. What is the best possibility to do this? Would be nice if there will be a option to do this.

Why not use a series of 'chained' Ring Groups / Call Queues? So when the time out for Queue A (with only Agent A in it) is reached, it forwards to Queue B (where Agent A and B are) etc?

Yes, I think that is the only option. This is for multiple branches, so there will be a lot of Groups / Queues. I was hoping there was a better solution.

They want the forward after 3 seconds, so the plan now is to create Ring Groups until te last group which will be a queue, so no call is lost.

I believe that this is a good compromise @Jim Spaargaren, as there isn't any native polling strategy that allows it to work the way you mentioned above.
