Problem With Audio Codes Mp-404

Hi, i have a problem with audio codes mp-404; my 3cx, don't accept icoming call and i have this on log :

[CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=-93c-2415f8-5a403287 cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5060 / 2 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings.

Do you have a configuration guide for this appliance ??

Hi, i am new for voip system, my 404, is registered on a 3cx pabx; this is not all ??

I can make a outgoing call but, 404 on a incoming call, give the full msn number like prefix without "0" and the full number. I solve it with external numer on line configuration on 3cx pabx. But i have another problem; i have two Isdn Bri; I can not make a Did for incoming call because, Audio Codes, don't send a line numer but full msn number.
