Problem with Live Chat Site Layout

Dear Support,

I've currently implemented 3CX Live Chat on my website but even when minimized, live chat stops me from interacting with certain buttons etc on my website due to the HTML element overlapping them. Can I request assistance to fix this issue? For example to make it so the HTML element doesn't overlap with buttons when minimized? Thank you.

But beyond that, consider getting help from a web developer to optimize the layout for you.
