Push for iOS isn't working

Hi guys!

I'm having issues with a customer. Calls are not ringing on iOS smartphones. In the logs, the following message appears (attached screenshot):

Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone13,2iPhone(Ext.0629). Internal exception occurred: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.
