Push notification doesn't work at all on iOS/Android

I have one iPhone 6 (iOS 11.0.2) and one Nokia 5 (Android 7.1.1). Both of them receive NO push notifcation. Only when I launch the softphone app that it would be able to show incoming calls. The strange thing is that even I have rejected the calls, the caller keep ringing forever. 3CX partner cannot even solve the problem for months. I feel so bad. Switching to 3CX is one of my biggest mistakes ever. It used to be good at first but get worse day after day.

Any 3CX staff here?

Thanks for the feedback. Push on mobile devices for 3CX works perfectly fine if the user's PBX, network is correctly configured. Please make sure you or your partner have followed our guides on correctly configuring PUSH with 3CX on your PBX. If the issue you're facing was a 3CX issue, i'm sure you agree there would be a lot more threads on the 3CX forums.
