Reduce time to zero before forwarding to an outside number

Hello

I have several queues with "Destination if no answer" that redirects to an external number if no one connected nor picks the call.

In the case no one is connected, it redirects "almost" immediately.
The "almost" is important here : it redirects after half a second, enough to play a little piece of music on hold, then redirect to the outside number that also have it's intro prompt.

So I get something dirty like : plays half a second of music on hold, then no sound for 2-3 seconds (the time the system dials the external number), then the external number intro prompt.

Possible to reduce forward immediately without playing that half second music on hold?

As stated in your other post, you can use a CFD to decide where to send before starting any MoH.
