Hello,
I would like to set up monitors/notifications based on the number of extensions registered. Over the past few years I have found some edge cases in our environments where my traditional monitors do not alert me of an issue, where if I had been checking the number of registered extensions I would have.

I was able to make a Python script that web scrapes all of the data I need and gets it into my monitoring system (PRTG), but this doesn't scale real well if I want to roll it out to the dozens of 3CX phone systems that we manage. Is there any other way to pull this data? Written to log anywhere? API? (I know very little of APIs, but eager to learn if it gets me to resolution).

This information can be collected using the 3CX Call Control, or you can look at our 3CX Hosted Billing ($2 a month per server) that can do this for you.

Thanks Matt! We use Voiptools on a few PBXs btw.

I will do some research on 3CX Call Control. Thanks for the lead.
