in Ring group in the option of destination if no answer i set the option to Forward to Outside Number (Outside Number ex. 972541234567)

When a call is not answered the PBX send's the call to 2541234567 instead of 972541234567 for some reason it removes the 972 !!!

The problem is that I got charged attempting to call Kenya (2541234567) with a premium rate , even though Kenya is not set as an allowed country to call from the PBX (3CX) !!!

I looked into the activity log it shows 2541234567 , even though I checked multiple times that the number is correct and it's 972541234567

Just to confirm 2541234567 and 972541234567 is a fake number ....

Check your E164 Processing settings, under the settings tab.

Can you dial the number from a handset ? and does it go to the correct number ?

Check your outbound rules - remember rules are processed from the top down.

Solved , it seems like the target Outbound rule didn't have the ring group extension added ....

Thank you for the help :)

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution
