Is it possible to have a distinct ringtone based on what ring group is being used?
Here is the scenario, Multiple law firms with a shared support staff who are frequently away from their desk with headsets want to audibly tell which law firm is being called.
Currently I have one firm using a ring group and one using a call queue, but being that this is a small office they want to take advantage of the ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP so they can answer multiple calls. They can't do that if they answer one of the calls from a queue, so they need to be using ring groups, but the problem is that when they are away from their desk they can't see which ring group is ringing and need to be able to hear which one, so is there any way to trick the phones into ringing a different ringtone based on which ring group is ringing?
