route calls between two queues

Hi,

I'm looking to route calls between two queues based on the status of an extension, exactly if that extension is in DND status, the call should be route to the second queue

What i currently have but that not working and i don't see why.

You're comparing strings, remove the quotes from GetExtensionStatus1.CurrentProfileName.

Extension 003 should become "003" (with quotes), otherwise it will be treated as a number, removing the leading zeros, and not finding the extension.

So the field name extension need quotes oterwise the value is treated as a number...

Yes, this is only noticeable when your extensions start with 0, otherwise it would work as the number will be automatically converted to a string.
