Route Inbound call if calling a certain DID number

I want to route an incoming call based on the caller ID AND based on the DID number that the caller is calling.
So I have 2 DID numbers, 0110000002 and 0220000002

This is how I would like it to work:
1. When caller with caller id 0912345678 calls to 0220000002, then it must route to extension 200
2. When caller with same caller id 0912345678 calls to 0110000001, then it must route to extension 100

I know how to route inbound calls by adding a CID rule. But this does not work for me as ALL incoming calls for the caller ID gets routed to the chosen extension, whether the caller is calling 0110000001 or 0220000002

One way is to use a dummy extension with forwarding rules exceptions. Point the DID to that extension and in the exceptions you can filter with caller ID.
