SBC Errors - RTP

Hello,

I receive dozens of the following errors on multiple Windows SBCs, interfacing with cloud instances hosted on Amazon Lightsail. This following error occurs dozens of times with every call.

ERR | 20190522-161854.776 | 3CXTunnel | TUNL | 3676 | Bridge.cpp:712 | Has no registered RTP session for local destination 10.1.10.181:11994

also the error below but not as frequently

ERR | 20190522-150533.707 | 3CXTunnel | TUNL | 2332 | Rtp.cpp:143 | Error reading from RTP socket 596, {RS:51196}: error 10054

I'm running the latest SBC with the latest 3CX update. Any idea what i'm missing here? Thanks!

The first error was supposedly fixed in a new version (a while ago)...

I'm using the latest version. I tried the four things that were suggested, disabled firewall, disabled encryption, no change.

One of them suggested that switching to debian fixed it. Is the windows version just buggy?
